Just wastin’ wastin’ a wastin’ time!!

Here is my morning:

Set my 3 alarms for 4:45am, 4:50am, 5:00am…woke up and decided not to do spinning, went back to bed. Set my alarm for 7:00 so I could do an Insanity DVD…snooze…then finally got up at 7:30 and decided I would still have time to do Jillian Michaels…but then I made coffee and decided to write a blog post, and check Pinterest, and Facebook. WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH ME!!?? Now it is 8:28 and I need to get ready for an appointment.

The stress of my body (who is a reeaaaaal jerk) is making me lose momentum. Lucky for me, I have a Body Bugg on its way (hopefully today) which I am hoping will be just what I am missing from this regime.

My aunt//bestie//big sister, Melissa said she borrowed one from a friend and she has been raving about it ever since! Seriously, ever since- like, the answer to all of our health problems is a Body Bugg. Haha. Sooooo I am just believing her and hoping this is what I need. Basically it tracks what your body is burning during your workouts and helps you understand where your calories aren’t adding up. Do I eat more? Do I eat less? Hopefully, we will see. And the best part is that it syncs with my iphone- which I like anything that can do that.

I will let you know how it goes.  I would love to hear from Body Bugg lovers—sounds like there is a community of you nut-jobs out there from what I hear!!
