I can’t believe I am posting this…
I guess that part of having a blog and people that are cheering for your to become more fit, you have to tell the people how you are doing. Welp. I am not gonna lie, I am not yet where I want to be- but I feel like I owe it to everyone who has been awesome and encouraging to show you what I have done.
I lost some weight before my “before” picture, but I wanted to show my progress since I have been on the Visalus shake regimen. So here is the progress that I have made in a month:

I am not a promoter or anything, I just really like the product. If you have any questions about it or want to know how you can get yours for free—I would love to tell you about it. Although it is super embarrassing to post pics of myself- I am happy with my progress and I can’t wait to see my *real* “after” when I reach my fitness goal. :-)
I do a 2-a-day shake meal replacement, low carb & low cal food. Sticking around 900 calories a day most of the time (which is so easy since I am never hungry on the shakes. I have been doing little floor workouts most every day and a vigorous workout about 4-5 days a week.
We have about 3 weeks now until the wedding, so I am hoping I have a lot more progress that I can show you between now and then!
