NO-Bake Vi-Energy Bites!

That’s right- new ViSalus recipe! This is a good meal-on-the go if you want to pre make a few batches and portion out to grab out of the fridge. If you can’t tell by now- I am not really much for “measuring” with a “dash” of this and “heap” of that. Ultimately, combine ingredients and roll into balls. Add a little water if you need more moisture. I tried this recipe without honey and the balls dont stick together as well…and the honey makes it taste better- just use in moderation. This can be one serving- it will be higher calorie with the peanut butter, so you might want to do smaller portions for snacks or do half a portion with a half-shake (1 scoop) of your fave shake.
