Pump up the Jam…Pump it UP.
That is a picture of me…
Okay, it isn’t actually me- but I am hoping I look closer to that at the end of my fitness challenge. Okay, so there really is no “end” to the challenge, because I am sure that I will always have new goals to work towards. Basically, what I am getting at is that I just bought the at-home Les Mills Pump DVDs & Weights by BeachBody and I LOOOOOOVE it so far! I have been going to the Bodypump classes at my gym on and off for about 8 years and I am so excited that I no longer have to fight for equipment or space because I am now able to do the workouts in my own damn living room. Seriously rad.
So after I purchased the Pump set- I joined a new 30 day challenge. I have already been taking my delicious ViSalus Shakes twice a day, but not really exercising- so now I am going at it hardcore combining Pump, Cardio, Jillian Abs, and my nutritious low-cal, low-carb diet = sexy for Mexico in 30 days? Let’s hope so!! I will let you know my progress.
Day 1:
30 minutes of Pump, 10 minutes running on treadmill (incline=2), 35 minutes walking uphill on treadmill (incline=8)
Breakfast- Coffee Vi-Shake
Lunch- Steak Salad w/vinaigrette dressing
Dinner- ViSalus Crepes w/fresh raspberries, blueberries, Laughing Cow cinnimon cream cheese, drizzle of honey
Snack- handful of raw almonds
Trying to look like her is a good goal, she has a nice toned physique. Good luck with your fitness challenge, if you put your mind to it you will achieve your goals.
