Day 4 Bodypump + Love Promoting Vi

Day 4:

10 minutes running on treadmill (incline=2), 20 minutes walking uphill on treadmill (incline=8)

Breakfast- Peanut Butter Nutra Cookie

Lunch- Fruit Vi Shake

Dinner- Fruit Vi Shake w/ 1 tsp peanut butter

Snacks- Laughing Cow Swiss wedge w/ 6 Melba Toast rounds, snack bag of veggie chips, handful of almonds, 2 large pickles

I think I went a little high on my carbs and sodium but I needed salty snacks today…my daily photo, which I took towards the end of the day, looked a little more “bloated” than yesterday. Going to keep drinking lots of water tonight.
