COMMIT to BE FIT 2013
Good morning and Happy New Year’s Eve! As we approach 2013, I know that we all have goals that we are hoping to achieve to better ourselves in the new year. Although we all might have different goals, most everyone has some sort of health/fitness goal that they are hoping to work towards, whether it is to eat more vegetables or to lose 100 lbs–most of us have something that we would like to improve on. I was inspired by a Facebook fitness challenge that I am a part of and decided to start my own sort of “support group” so-to-say to stay on goals for 2013. It is open to everyone, as long as they post actively and promise to stay on their specific goal for 2 months (60 days) (after which, whoever would like can continue on posting in the group if they would like).
I will be continuing on with my Body by Vi 2 shake-a-day challenge, and my workouts will be focused on gaining more lean muscle- plus more of a focus on implementing cardio exercise (which I don’t think I have been doing enough of) I am also going to try to move up in the amount of weight I am lifting to challenge myself more:
Les Mills Bodypump: (if interested- you can order from my friend, Jenn here) 4-5 days a week, Yoga 1 day, 1 day off, + at least 3 hours of additional cardio per week
Body by Vi: 2 meal replacements a day (You can order from me here)
