Vacation is OVER


It is January 2nd, which marks the beginning of new fitness goals. Since I have been out of town for over 2 weeks in December, and when I was actually in town it was a holiday or holiday party nearly each day, I have been waaaaay to lenient on myself. As in, I have pretty much been eating whatever the heck I want. Last night was my last lazy fatass night and I celebrated with pizza and Sour Patch Kids along with pure laziness with the hubby on the sofa…

This morning I felt like CRAP…I mean seriously crappy crap. I feel so bloated and dehydrated and TIRED. Stop treating your body like a dumpster, Nichole. This is enough. I hopped on the scale to find that I am up about 7 lbs (which I am assuming has a lot to do with all the sodium which is currently in my body) and it is truly time to detox and get back on my shake regimin. I set my alarm for 6am, and snoozed it until 7:30 (we went to bed at 10:00 last night!). It is time.

I successfully completed 45 minutes of Pump & Shred, and am now enjoying a ViSalus shake with water, frozen strawberries, and wheatgrass (my new fave). I already downed 48oz of water and am starting to feel quite a bit better.

I started my Body by Vi Challenge timeline today if any of you are interested in checking it out. It is a new thing for the Challenge, which is why I haven’t done it before- and it is still in the Beta testing, so I am sure it will just get cooler from here on out.
